Terms of Use — DestresDeal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DestresDeal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and completing the verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. Deal Listings

The App allows users to create, browse, and interact with real estate deal listings. All deal listings are user-generated content. DestresDeal does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing and makes no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or legitimacy of any deal posted on the platform. Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings and for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

4. Expressing Interest

When you express interest in a deal, your contact information (including email and phone number) may be shared with the deal owner to facilitate communication. By expressing interest, you consent to this sharing of information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent deal listings
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
Scrape, data-mine, or collect user information without consent
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Impersonate any person or entity
Post spam or unsolicited commercial messages

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of DestresDeal and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DestresDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. DestresDeal acts solely as a platform connecting users and is not a party to any real estate transaction facilitated through the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DestresDeal does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
